Holistic Natural Remedies and Tips For Grief and Stress
I’m a sensitive disabled husband caregiver for my special needs wife and I can tell you that I suffer from daily stress and emotional difficulties. I’m human and I have a lot on my plate. I have good days and bad days. I’m painfully grieving for the sad loss of my beloved brother-in-law who died last year because he couldn’t process the grief for his beloved mother-in-law and brother and as a result, he overdosed on pain medication and antidepressants, the day after he got out of drug rehab. I tried desperately to get him to listen to my healthy ideas to feel better, using natural holistic approaches, but to no avail. I am very thankful that I have not succumbed to any dependence on p for anything that ails me and I never will and the reason is very simple. I have full trust and faith in natural remedies, in which my doctors also agree. I take natural supplements, like B12, and homeopathic remedies, including St. John’s Wort, to help me feel better. I meditate daily and do gentle yoga stretching and Tai Chi. We have also slowly weened my wife of of 6 deadly P T S D medications, with severe side affects.

The other thing is, sometimes they are feeling a bit uncomfortable getting used to sleeping on a different bed, in a strange room, in an unfamiliar town. So, thank the stars that there are some great personal protection items which are perfect for college students, whether male or female. There is the door brace, which is a tubular, metal contraption that extends in a telescopic sort of way, and it wedges between the floor and just under the door knob. It would prevent the door from being pushed open, even IF it was somehow unlocked from the outside. The door brace would make an attempt at breaking in very difficult, if not impossible.
